How did I get here?
I have found intuitive ways to heal from past trauma and grow into future possibilities. I have been a personal trainer and fitness consultant, an operator, a business owner, a husband, a father, a contractor and a client. Along the way, I've learned a lot about people. I've learned that it can be hard to figure out if your doing it all right. I've found answers. If there is anything that you believe you need help with, don't hesitate to ask.
How can I help people?
Fitness, meal prep, and breathwork tailored to a clients specific needs, or assistance healing from past traumas to become the best version of yourself. Want to be healthier? Need to heal?
